Nautical Wireless installs and owns “hot spot” Wi-Fi networks using 802.11x Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) technology in conjunction with security verification and tracking/billing systems. Nautical Wireless is deploying in a variety of public markets, with an initial concentration on the nautical marine market segment.

Nautical Wireless was started by Stephan Reckie based on his observations of the connectivity need of modern day travelers while on an adventure in the Caribbean in 2003. As an avid boater and “gadget guru”, Stephan relies on his technical background and education along with his entrepreneurial business experience to provide the best and most cost effective nautical connectivity solution.
